Great-grandson of BR Ambedkar seeks Muslims support; here’s what he says

Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar’s great-grandson Rajratan reminds age-old bound of Muslims and Dalits. He claims that when Gandhi had asked Muslims to go against the rights of untouchables, Muslims refused to do so. They rather supported Babasaheb Ambedkar. Ratan says that the reservations were given by Babasaheb through round table conference.

Ratan recalls another incident when Babasaheb Ambedkar was not being allowed to go to Constituent assembly, Muslims of India extended their support and sent him to the constituent assembly from West Bengal though he hailed from Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Without naming the ruling BJP, Ratan says today they are trying to replace the constitution. Saying that the constitution drafted by Babasaheb Ambedkar is under threat, Ratan as the great-grandson of Ambedkar urges Muslims to once again support them to save the constitution.
