Lucknow: Doctors at King George’s Medical University trauma center said that Unnao rape victim who had met with accident day-before-yesterday is critical but stable. On Monday, both the victim and her lawyer was on ventilator support.
Injuries received by the victim and her lawyer
According to the report published in Hindustan Times, Dr Samir Misra, senior faculty, trauma surgery, at the center informed that the girl suffered fractures in femur and collar bones. She also received serious injurious in the chest.
The lawyer suffered multiple fractures. He also received head injuries in the accident.
Line of treatment
The doctors at the center are maintaining the health condition of the victim and her lawyer. However, the line of treatment will be decided based on the patients’ response.
Murder case filed against BJP MLA
Meanwhile, police registered a murder case against BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, his brother Manoj Singh Sengar and eight others in connection with the accident.
