Hyderabad: It is very sad but it is the fact that Hussain Sagar Lake is turning into a suicide spot for old couples. They are forced to take this extreme step when their children refuse to take care of them.
As per the report of Lake Police, out of the persons who committed suicide at the lake, most of them were found to be in the age group of 55-80 years.
The report mentioned that police teams have stopped many such couples from committing suicide. Lake Police Inspector, Dhana Lakshmi told that it is very disgraceful that old couples come to Hussain Sagar for committing suicide.
