Hyderabad: Children Traffic Park inaugurated in Nagole

Hyderabad: As part of traffic awareness programme the Rachakonda Commissionerate has got new building for its Traffic Children Park in LB Nagar. Shri Jitendra, ADG Law & Order, Rachakonda Commissioner of police, Mahesh Bhagwat, and Rajesh Mukhija, Prashant Chopra of Hero Motors on Tuesday inaugurated the Children Traffic Park in LB Nagar Nagole and others were present on the occasion.

The Hero MotoCorp Ltd under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has come forward and renovated the Traffic Children Park in LB Nagar. The company has also constructed a new building with a cost of Rs. 70 lakh with furniture, Laid Road Markings, arranged Signage’s and Road Safety awareness themes for easy understanding of Road safety rules. Hero MotoCorp Ltd has also proposed to locate a simulator Cycles and Bikes in the Traffic Children Park building soon.

ADG Law & Order Jatinder stated that nearly 7000 fatal accidents are occurring in Telangana State per year and the most affected age group are between 25 to 35 years of age. Further he added that the road accidents may be controlled by the means of educating traffic laws and following them strictly.

CP Mahesh Bhagwat has personally thanked Hero Motors for their gesture for noble cause & requested to assist for future endeavors.

Venkat of Synchrony finance who is Traffic forum in charge of SCSC also attended. School children also addressed and thanked Rachakonda Police and Hero motors for development of traffic Children Park.
