HYDERABAD: There is a good news for the pilgrims who want to go to Saudi Arabia for performing Haj or Umra.
Ministry of Haj of Saudi Arabia is launching a programme of issuing electronic visas.
If this system is implemented, the pilgrims will be able to get visas in a few minutes.
Mr Abdur Rahman Shams, in-charge of Haj and Umra platform told that the Non-Saudi pilgrims will now be able to register their visa applications selecting the relevant category of the service package. They can file their applications online.
At present, the pilgrims make applications for Haj and Umra through various private agencies.
