Hyderabad: GHMC and Water Board neglect Old City

Hyderabad: The whole nation is fighting to contain the spread of deadly coronavirus. The city is also under the lockdown for over 50 days.

In this time we have to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness to contain the spread. But, in old city the GHMC officials are neglecting the cleanliness work.

According to a video of Siasat Daily, in Vattepally area of old city sees a huge dump of garbage on the road which causes trouble to the pedestrians of that area. Though the locals complained about the situation, the officials are paying no heed to it.

As similar the water board also neglecting the old city. In Muhammadia Colony of Shastripuram area, daily the drinking water flows on the road for over a kilometer. They reached siasat.com, as no one is solving their problem. Due to this flowing water, there will be a threat of dengue, malaria for the locals.
