Hyderabad: Human trafficking racket busted

Hyderabad: Six women were rescued from Upparpally after Rajendranagar Police acting on a tip-off received raided the brothel.

The Rajendranagar Inspector G Suresh briefing the case to the media said, they have arrested six accused in connection with this human trafficking case and that the victims hailed from different parts of the country, TOI reports.

Three organizers and three customers identified as Manish Sharma, Deepak Deepchand, Imran Shareef, Durgam Krishna, B Sudhakar, Jagannath, B Thukkaram from different parts of the city were arrested.

The rescued women were sent to a state home while the police have registered case under the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act.
