Hyderabad: It seems that crimes against women are on the increase even in the Old City of Hyderabad. In the recent past, many crimes including sexual harassment against women have been reported.
In one such incident, a man allegedly made an attempt to rape a minor girl. This incident took place in the area which falls under the jurisdiction of Moghalpura Police Station.
As per the details of the incident, in Sultan Shahi, a hotel worker, Mohammed Javed tried to commit the heinous crime after taking the girl to an under construction building.
Police registered a case and arrested the accused.
