Hyderabad: The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team with the assistance of Amberpet Police nabbed an automobile offenders and recovered (02)-Autos worth of Rs. 4 lakhs at the instance of accused.
The two accused have been identified as Shaik Owais 20-year-old, who is an auto driver and Shaik Saleem 20-year-old, auto driver, who is absconding. Both are the resident of Balapur.
S Raghavendra, Inspector of Police, South Zone said that both the accused had criminal record, due to financial needs they hatched and started committing offences. They have committed a theft of two autos in the limits of Amberpet and Saifabad police station. After, stealing they changed the number plates of the autos and started giving them on rental basis for Rs. 400 per day.
Previously, the two accused along with their associates were involved in other crimes as well. A Rowdy Sheet was also opened against Shaik Owais at Balapur Police Station. Both the accused have been handed over to SHO, Amberpet police station for further action.
