Hyderabad: An unidentified woman was found hanging at Fatehnagar in Sanathnagar area here on Wednesday. Police suspect that the woman might have committed suicide.
The victim in her thirties, suspected to be a labourer, was found hanging with a dupatta. The Sanathnagar police visited the spot and shifted the body to the morgue.
