Hyderabad: A youth by name Ravi reportedly raped a 15-year-old girl after befriending her. This incident took place in the area which falls under the jurisdiction of Madhapur Police Station.
According to the report published in Telangana Today, Ravi (24) who is a water tanker driver committed the crime after the girl went to nearby water tanker to fetch water.
After the incident, the girl narrated her ordeal infront of her mother. The mother of the victim approached the police and lodged a complaint.
Police registered a case under POCSO Act.
