Hyderabad: In a strange incident, a youth stripped himself on the road in front of a girl. This incident took place at Alwal.
As per the details of the incident, the girl, aged 22 years, resident of Venkatapuram was passing through the road. Suddenly, the youth, Chandal Kumar deliberately stripped himself before her.
On the complaint lodged by the girl, the youth was arrested.
