Indian Muslims better off than the Muslims of Islamic countries: Maulana Mahmood Madani

Lucknow: General Secretary Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind Maulana Syed Mahmood Asad Madani said that the situation of India is different from the remaining world. Even in the Muslim countries, the Muslims residing there apparently look prosperous but if we look closely their political and social affairs, the reality is different.

Maulana Madani claimed that the Muslims of India are far better than those living in Muslim countries. The reason behind this is while they don’t have a chance to propagate their religion, here we have an opportunity to propagate our religion through our behaviour and manners; either orally or practically.

He told this while addressing a special Board meeting of Jamiat Ulama Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday.

State president of the organisation Maulana Mohammed Mateenul Haq Osama Qasmi, founder of Darul Uloom Farangi Mahal and Imam of Eidgah Aish Bagh Maulana Khalid Rasheed Farangi Mahli, board member and president Deeni Taleemi Board UP Maulana Mufti Mohammed Affan Qasmi and others addressed the meeting.
