New Delhi: Infosys, Indian multinational corporation and the second largest Indian IT company decided to cut its workforce. It decided to lay off employees at associate, middle and senior levels.
According to the report published in Times of India, the company is firing 10% of its employees at the senior level which is known as the JL6 band.
It may be mentioned that the company has 30092 employees in JL 6, JL 7 and JL 8 bands.
At associate and middle levels, the company decided to lay off 2-5% of its employees.
At the senior executive level, the company may shed off 2-5% of its employees.
It may be noted that the company has 86558, 110502, 30092 and 971 employees at Associate, Middle, Senior, Top level.
