Hyderabad: B Janardhan Reddy, who was shifted from HMDA Chairman post during his foreign trip, today reported to GAD and called on CMO Secretary Narsingh Rao. Since Chief Secretary SK Joshi was not available, the former HMDA chief met with Narsingh Rao and discussed on the posting reportedly.
Janardhan Reddy returned to the city on Monday night while the government shifted him on Monday afternoon. The government was yet to give him a posting and offered HMDA Chief post as additional charge to Information Commissioner Arvind Kumar. It is likely that the State government may offer him a key posting or any other post. It is said that Kokapet land dispute could be the reason behind his shifting.
