KCR greets people on Sankranti

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has greeted people in the State on the occasion of Makara Sankranthi. He wanted the people to celebrate Sankranthi with happiness and joy. He prayed to the Almighty to bless Telangana state with abundant crops and prosperity.

Telangana TDP chief L. Ramana and Party’s politburo member R. Chandrasekhar Reddy on Sunday conveyed Sankranthi greetings to the people of the state. They hoped that the festival would bring a lot of joy and happiness in their lives. They wished that the people of the state live happily.

YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy extended his greetings to all the Telugu people living across the globe for Sankranti. YS Jagan said that the festival of Sankranti was synonymous with farmers and villages and prayed for the harvest to be plentiful for them this season. He said that Sankranti was a time for familial bonding in the Telugu community and every household should be filled with joy and prosperity.
