Hyderabad: Mumbai Police arrested a private employee of a company for allegedly preparing fake documents of sale of King Kothi Place and selling it to a noted hospitality organization of Kashmir in consideration for Rs. 300 crore.
According to the report of the police, the accused and his companion had signed on a sale deed. Police is now investigating the role of the hospitality company and the participation of their owners.
