KTR blasts BJP, Congress on allegations

Hyderabad: TRS Working president KT Rama Rao today condemned the comments made by BJP national working president JP Nadda that Telangana government is involved in corrupt and family rule.  At a TRS party program at Kukatpally here, KTR took strong exception to the  BJP leadership for their false allegations.

‘This is Telangana and not Karnataka to indulge in filthy politics, he said.  BJP will not be allowed to play dramas here, he added.

KTR also lashed out at the Congress for corruption charges.  They should prove the allegations or face action. The BJP and the Congress or envious at the development taking place in Telangana,.  Both the parties  are  not digesting the development and growth in Telangana,  he fumed.

The BJP leaders of other states are appreciating our schemes and Nadda’s comments were ridiculous, he said. The BJP Government failed to give Rs 5000 crore to Mission Kakatiya despite Niti Ayog’s recommendation.  We are implementing Arogyasri health scheme which is better than Center’s Ayushman Bharat, he said.

KTR claimed that Telangana is spending Rs 12000 crore for pensions alone, while the center is giving a meager Rs 200 crore out of it, he said. The TRS will not tolerate dramas of the BJP or the Congress coming in the way of development, he added.

He said the party has strength of 50 lakh new members and the government is for all round development, welfare and speedy completion of the projects. Ministers Mallareddy, Srinivas Goud, MLA Krishna Rao, MLCs Shambhipur Raju and Naveen were among those present.
