Late actor Toufeeq Khan’s last interview will leave you teary-eyed..

Hyderabad: Popular actor who is known for his Hyderabadi movies, Mohammed Toufeeq Khan aka Tiger Sultan breathed his last on Tuesday after suffering from COVID-19. He passed away at the age of 52 here at Medicover Hospitals.

Speaking to the media, Toufeeq Khan’s nephew said that the late actor was hospitalised a week ago after showing the symptoms of a novel coronavirus and was getting treated. Unfortunately, his health got critical on Saturday as the infection grew seriously damaging his lungs. He was then put on a ventilator on Sunday night.  

Khan’s last interview was with ‘Hyderabadi Sitaare’, a celebrity talk show hosted by Mirza Khairuddin Baig Jani (popularly known as KB Jani) which airs on Siasat TV every Sunday. Remembering the late actor, the Hyderabadi Sitaare once again shared the interview video with Toufeeq Khan which is surely heart-wrenching and will leave teary eyed.

Khan’s Career History

Toufeeq Khan was known for his Hyderabadi films. He started his career in 2007 with his debut film ‘Maamu Tension Nahi Leneka’ in which he played the antagonist Aslam. His other movies include, Ek Tha Sardaar (2013), Gullu Dada 3 (2013), Jabardast (2011), Half Fry (2009) among others. Among all the Hyderabadi action-drama ‘Tiger Sultan’ (2016) is his latest hit.

Khan’s sudden demise has left his fans heartbroken and has created a void in the Deccan film industry!
