Mumbai: A 13-year-old minor was allegedly sodomized by his colleagues in a boarding school in Vasai, police sources have confirmed today.
The incident is reported from Maharashtra’s Palghar district where three boarding students have been booked for sodomizing their colleague, PTI reports.
The minor victim’s complaint stated the incidents of sodomy happened between 2016 and December 2017, Palghar police spokesperson Hemant Katkar said.
The three accused in their teens have been booked under sections of IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
Further probe was underway confirmed the Vasai police.
