MIM was trying to create unrest in Amberpet: Kishan Reddy

Hyderabad: BJP senior leader G Kishan Reddy on Tuesday alleged that the city based MIM party was trying to create unrest in his Amberpet Assembly constituency in the name of a mosque. He also alleged that there was no mosque in the disputed and controversial land as claimed by the MIM party. He claimed that the compensation related to the land acquired by GHMC was given to the affected families during the rule of former chief minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh state NT Rama Rao.

He also claimed that out of the 280 affected people, compensation was given to 170 people initially in a phased manner and added that Rs.2.5 crore of compensation was recently given to the owners of the land.
