New Delhi: After the defeat of secular parties in states like Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, the All India Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen president, Hyderabad MP and firebrand Muslim leader Asaduddin Owaisi has intensified attacks on its critics who were calling MIM vote splitter. He asked the critics must now tell why the secular parties faced defeat and BJP had a massive win though MIM had not contested from there. With these questions the MIM will make entry into north India especially Uttar Pradesh with a bang.
An Urdu newspaper Inquilab reported that now that all eyes are on assembly elections 2022, MIM is gearing up to contest from Uttar Pradesh. The party is eying on 56 assembly seats of Uttar Pradesh, where Muslims are in decisive position. It must be noted that Mr Owaisi has already announced that now he will not listen to anyone and will field his candidates from North India.
