Hyderabad: Election Commission today announced schedule for holding MLC polls in two Telugu States. The elections for 5 MLC posts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will be conducted as per decision by the EC. As per the schedule the commission will issue a notification on February 21 for conducting the polls for MLC posts on March 12.
The nominations for the MLC posts will be accepted till February 28. The counting of votes will be done on the polling day at 5 pm and results will be announced immediately.
