MP: Smog engulfs Bhopal, sky likely to remain cloudy today

Bhopal: With the onset of the winter season, a thick blanket of smog has engulfed Bhopal on Friday, complicating the morning commute for the people.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the temperature of Bhopal would be oscillating between 18 degrees Celsius and 25 degrees Celsius with the relative humidity 96 per cent.

According to the weather forecast agency, the sky would generally be cloudy with light rains.

Apart from Bhopal, heavy rains or snow is very likely over isolated places over Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.

Even some isolated pockets of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal are likely to be battered with downpour today.
