New Delhi: The attack on Nankana Sahib in Pakistan by miscreants is being condemned throughout India.
Govt. of Pakistan is being blamed for this. A demand is being made to ensure the security of Minorities in Pakistan. BJP is exploiting the situation politically. It is associating it with CAA. Those who are opposing CAA are being labeled as anti-national.
Union Minister for Urban Development, Mr. Hardeep Puri made a statement in a political tenor whereas Mr. Rahul Gandhi vehemently condemned it.
General Secretary of Congress, Ms. Priyanka Gandhi told that wherever wrong policies are adopted by the Government, her party will oppose it.
In his statement, Mr. Puri mentioned that the incident of attack on Nankana Saheb indicates that atrocities are being meted out to Minorities in Pakistan. It may be mentioned that on 12th December, President of India has given his assent to CAA in which it has been mentioned that non-Muslims from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh would be offered citizenship.
