New Delhi: NDTV promoters Prannoy Roy and his wife Radhika Roy both have been booked in connection with an alleged violation of foreign investment rules by the CBI confirmed officials today.
The agency also booked the NDTV’s former CEO Vikramaditya Chandra under charges of criminal conspiracy, cheating and corruption, TOI reports.
As per the sources claims, it is alleged that the company has floated 32 subsidiaries in several tax haven countries to bring foreign funds to India through sham transactions.
