Jerusalem: Benjamin Netanyahu’s main political rival Benny Gantz said Thursday the indictment of the Israeli prime minister for alleged corruption was a “sad day”.
“This is a very sad day for the State of Israel,” Gantz said in a short statement after the country’s attorney general said he had charged Netanyahu with bribery, fraud and breach of trust.
