New Delhi: Mr. Subramanian Swamy, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP reacted after a netizen called his daughter “converted Muslim”.
It all started after the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Thursday announced Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the recipient of the Zayed Medal in appreciation for his efforts to boost bilateral ties with the nation.

Expressing her views on the announcement, Ms. Suhasini Haider tweeted, “Is the Zayed Medal announcement tagged to possible visit by PM to Abu Dhabi temple? Either way, odd for foreign governments to make such declarations during election campaign”.
