Bhubaneswar : Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik-led BJD Government in Odisha has inducted 1,370 constables into the newly-raised Odisha Industrial Security Force (OISF), which has been formed to protect industrial undertakings of the state government.
Patnaik inaugurated the raising day function of the OISF last evening and distributed appointment letters to the new recruits. The OISF started functioning from yesterday.
They will be responsible for protection and security of industrial undertakings of the state government and other establishments as well as strategic and vital installations. (ANI)
