Bulandshahr: Delhi police foiled the plan to kill Uttar Pradesh Central Shia Waqf Board chairman Waseem Rizvi and arrested three henchmen of D-company in Lucknow in this connection.
Acting upon a tip-off, a special team of Delhi police, apprehended Salim, Abrar and Arif on Thursday night. According to police, they were in the final stage of executing Rizvi on behest of Chota Shakeel.
They were initially given 3000 dirhams to carry out the task of eliminating Rizvi.
