Washington: ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star Teairra Mari has sued her sued her former boyfriend Akbar Abdul-Ahad and rapper 50 Cent for leaking a sex video featuring her and reposting the sexually explicit material.
In her lawsuit, Marí claimed that Abdul-Ahad used her Instagram password to post sexually explicit images of her on her account.
The reality star believed that his actions were meant to “publicly humiliate” her after she had broken up with him, reported TMZ.
Rapper 50 Cent, who is friends with Abdul-Ahad, then allegedly reposted one of the images to his own Instagram account with the caption “get the strap”.
Lisa Bloom, Mari’s lawyer, will be holding a news conference with attorney Walter Mosley on Thursday to discuss legal action being taken against 50 Cent and Abdul-Ahad.
50 Cent responded to Bloom’s announcement with a picture of himself with Bloom’s mother, Gloria Allred on social media.
“Oh Lisa stop, don’t make me tell your mom,” he captioned the picture. (ANI)
