8YO suspected to be ‘gay’ forced to eat vomit, cat poop, killed by mother

California: A Mother is a blessing to the children from the God but at times it is shocking to see a mother turned into a murderous.

An eight-year-old boy was abused, beaten, starved, locked in a wardrobe and also forced to eat cat poop and his own vomit before being killed by his own mother who thought he was gay, PTI reported.

The woman, Pearl Fernandez and her boyfriend Isauro Aguirre was sentenced to death and will be executed for their crimes in Los Angeles, California.

The child was brutally killed in May 2013. He was abused, beaten up, locked inside cabinet, shot with a BB gun in the genitals and if that was not enough, the mother even knocked his teeth out with a bat.

The duo made the boy eat his own vomit, cat poop. They reportedly stuffed socks in the kid’s mouth to suppress the voice of his cries.
The stone cold mother would dress him as a girl to school and would often beat him if caught playing with dolls.

The boy who arrived at the school bleeding and also demonstrated how to snort cocaine shocked his teachers who raised an alarm but the social workers dismissed the school’s concern.

According to the reports, the mother called 911 on May 22, 2013, to report that her son wasn’t breathing. When the deputies arrived at the house she told that he had fallen and hit his head on a dresser.

The boy had a fractured skull, broken ribs, burns across his body and BB gun pellets embedded in his lung followed by his death two days later said coroner’s office.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge George Lomeli told the couple that he hopes they think of the injuries and pain they have inflicted on the innocent kid.

The mother Fernandez pleaded guilty to the murder in February while her boyfriend was also found guilty of intentionally torturing the boy and for murder last year.

The kid’s siblings testified against the duo and said their mother and her boyfriend would call Gabriel gay, punish him if he played with dolls and forced him to wear girls’ clothes to school.

It was a counselor who had reported to Police about the kid’s suicide note just hours before his death that the prosecutors filed charges of child abuse along with charges of falsifying records against four county social workers in Gabriel’s death.
