Abid Ali Khan Education Trust exams, applications invited for new centres

Hyderabad: According to Mr. Mohammed Habeeb ur Rahman, incharge Abid Ali Khan Educational Trust, the institutions working voluntarily to promote Urdu language in Hyderabad, Secunderabad and other districts and states can obtain books published by Abid Ali Khan Educational Trust (an affiliate of Siasat Daily), free of cost and teach the same to their students. Besides that the institutions providing vocational training like tailoring or mehendi design and Arabic teaching Madrasas can also teach Urdu to their students and make them appear in the exams conducted by Abid Ali Khan Education Trust. There is no exam fee. Certificate will be given on passing the exam. Abid Ali Khan Educational Trust has been conducting the exams twice a year since 1994.

The next exam will be held in January 2017. Date will be announced shortly. Urdu Fazil passed candidates are eligible for admission into BA from Ambedkar University, Kakatiya University and Maulana Azad National Urdu University.
