Mumbai: Alia Siddiqui wife of actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui today filed an FIR against the woman and 4 people for physically assaulting her.
She said the four tried to enter the house forcibly and assaulted her when she resisted.
The police has registered an FIR under
sections 143, 147, 149, 354, 452, 506 /34 of the IPC.
Alia filed a counter complaint after an FIR was registered against Nawazuddin Siddiqui on Sunday by a woman residing in the same housing society, for physically assaulting her.
The woman accused the actor of manhandling her over a parking dispute. The police had registered an FIR against Siddiqui on Sunday over the woman’s complaint.
Siddiqui denied the allegations and said they are false and the society members are by his side.
“Being a responsible citizen I came and gave my statement. Society’s members are with me, all allegations are false,” he said.
