Hyderabad: High Court of Hyderabad issued notices to Mohammed Pahelwan and others against their exoneration by the court.
It may be mentioned that on 29th June, VII Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge had exonerated Mohammed Pahelwan and 10 other accused persons in Akbaruddin Owaisi Attack Case.
Govt. sought legal opinion and permission from Law Dept. for filing and appeal. As a result of it, Govt. issued GOs 440 and 441 in July this year permitting police to file an appeal against the judgment.
