Hyderabad: MIM MLA, Mr. Akbaruddin Owaisi appeared in the court yesterday. In the last appearance, Mr. Akbaruddin Owaisi had recorded his statement in connection with an attack case on him. Mr. Muzaffarullah Khan, Advocate of Mr. Mohammed Pahelwan interrogated Mr. Owaisi. The Advocate asked Mr. Owaisi that in the statement recorded by him on 22nd February, he had referred to “Barq News”. The Advocate sought references from Mr. Owaisi and mentioned that his client, Mohammed Pahelwan did not give any interview or statement to any news channel. The statement associated with Mohammed Pahelwan is fake and a bundle of lies. He further told that his client and his family are being harassed under a conspiracy. It is alleged that a conspiracy was hatched in connivance with the then Government. The next hearing is scheduled to be held on 29th February. Police had made elaborate arrangements in court premises.
