Lucknow: Amar Singh alleged that the Samajwadi Party General Secretary and former Cabinet Minister Azam Khan is having close links with mafia don Dawood Ibrahim. He dared Azam to kill him when he visits Rampur on August 30. He told this while talking to media in Lucknow.
During the press conference, Singh disclosed that Azam Khan has threatened that people like Amar Singh should be slaughtered and acid should be thrown on his daughters. Amar Singh said as a father he is very much worried about his school-going daughters. ‘I am scared after Azam Khan’s threat. He might harm my family members’, he said.
Amar Singh also launched a scathing attack on the SP leader saying that Azam Khan has links with underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. He argued that when Azam Khan had celebrated Mulayam Singh’s birthday in Rampur he had openly said that Dawood and Abu Saleem were his ideals. They had given money for this programme.
