Andhra Pradesh will become Japan: Naidu

Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu always dreams of developing the state on the lines of Singapore. So much so that he is even sending over 120 farmers of Amaravati to Singapore to get a feel of the city.

Naidu Speaking an award function in vijayawada on Thursday, He said AP would turn into another Japan. Naidu dreams created a confusion as to whether hewants to make AP a Singapore or Japan.

but Chandrababu Naidu made the statement on a sort of warning note. What he meant was that Andhra Pradesh would become  another Japan was that it would be full of old people and less number of youth as was the case with Japan.

“Right now, we are following strict family planning. Even I used to advocate that families should not have more children. But now, I am asking people to beget more children.

If family planning is strictly followed, India will have less number of youth and more number of old people in another three or four decades, as was the case with Japan,” Naidu said.
