Andy Dick fired from two movies over sexual harassment claims

Los Angeles: Comedian-turned-actor Andy Dick has been fired from two movies due to sexual misconduct and harassment allegations on sets.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the comedian has been accused of groping people, nonconsensual kissing and licking as well as sexually propositioning at least four members of the movie ‘Raising Buchanan’.

The comedian defended himself by joking that his middle name is “misconduct”.

He also denied groping anyone, but admitted to licking and sexually propositioning individuals.

“I didn’t grope anybody. I might have kissed somebody on the cheek to say good-bye and then licked them. That’s my thing, I licked Carrie Fisher at a roast. It’s me being funny. I’m not trying to sexually harass people,” Dick said.

Dick was also fired from the set of ‘Vampire Dad’ just hours after arriving to set on the first day of filming to play a misfit-type vampire in the horror-comedy.

According to a letter from Kathryn Moseley’s legal team, Dick was escorted off set due to “multiple, flagrant acts of improper conduct and inappropriate contact with several crew members.”

The 51-year-old actor has a well-documented history of addiction issues and has been accused of sexual misconduct numerous times, while under the influence.

In 2007, he was kicked off of ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ for inappropriately touching fellow guest Ivanka Trump numerous times on air.

Dick has no less than 11 projects listed on IMDb for 2017 and 2018. He most notably appeared on Judd Apatow and Lesley Arfin’s Netflix series ‘Love’. (ANI)
