Hyderabad: Mr. Shahnawaz Qasim CEO of Wakf Board issued a NOC on 6th October 2018 to the Collector Ranga Reddy District declaring survey numbers 247, 250 and 251 as non-Wakf land. Its value is estimated at Rs. 100 crore.
It may be mentioned that in the Gazette notification, these lands are entered as Wakf land.
It remains to be investigated at whose pressure these lands have been declared.
If this NOC is produced in SC, the case of LANCO Hills will become weak.
