AP people appreciating KCR rule: KTR

IT & Municipal Administration Minister K Tarakarama Rao today said Golden era has begun in welfare sector in Telangana State. The people of Andhra Pradesh are appreciating the TRS government as the best rule being offered by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. He also said Chief Minister KCR earned praise from all for keeping his promises made in the party manifesto and others like marriage scheme and fine rice to the students of hostels.

KTR participated in some developmental programs in Khammam district along with R&B Minister Tummala Nageshwar Rao, MLA, MP and others. Speaking on the occasion, KTR claimed that Telangana was making rapid growth in all the sectors. The Telangana State has emerged second to none in implementing welfare schemes by spending Rs 5,500 crore. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is benevolent and extending Rs 1,000 to Rs 1,500 pension to the old, physically challenged and others, he pointed out.
“We are No 1 State in the country for providing 24-hour power supply to the farm sector, Ease of Doing Business and extending Rs 100116 towards marriage scheme for poor,” he claimed. The much acclaimed Kalyana Lakshmi and Shadi Mubarak scheme was being emulated by other States which were keen on replicating several other programs, he said, adding that poor students in hostels and schools in Telangana State were eating the same fine rice as is the case with the grand children of KCR, the IT Minister added.

KTR also informed that the nation was keenly watching several significant and awe-inspiring schemes for the cause of the poor, community professions and destitutes. No other chief minister in the country made such gutsy remarks like KCR that he would not seek votes in 2019 elections if he failed to give potable waters to the people under Mission Bhagiratha scheme. “This scheme was being completed to ensure that the poor women in the villages get purified drinking waters”, he said.

The previous TDP government failed to give funds to Madhira segment, he charged. The people of the segment should support the TRS in the next elections for more development, he said. He slammed the Congress for taking up bus yatra, which is like a pilgrim tour. The Congress which failed to help the farmers for 67 years was now talking of their welfare and the people are not ready to believe them, he added. (NSS)
