Vijayawada: A case under POCSO Act is registered against a 45-year-old woman for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy.
The woman, resident of Nunna from Vijayawada molested a 14-year-old boy on Friday evening, Hans reported.
A case against a woman under POCSO act is quite unusual.
The incident came to light when the mother of the victim filed a complaint against the woman abuser. The minor was later rushed for medical examination.
Crime against children is charged under the POCSO Act.
