State Haj Committee Executive Officer Prof. S.A. Shukoor has informed that the Haj Committee of India, with the approval of Union Ministry of Minority Affairs, would select Khadimul Hujjaj in the ratio of one Khadimul Hujjaj for 200 pilgrims for Haj-2018.
In a pressnote, Prof. S.A. Shukoor said applications are available on www.hajcommittee.gove.in and the last date for submission of hard copy of online filled application form, in original along with requisite enclosures have to be submitted to Telangana State Haj Committee, Haj House, Namplay on March 24.
The applicants must be employees of government/public sector units/Statutory bodies, aged between 25 and 58 years as on July 1, 2018, who have performed Haj or Umrah and have sound knowledge of Haj related activities. Preference will be given to applicants who have knowledge of Arabic language, he added.
Employees working on temporary basis, part-time, seasonal, contractual, ad hoc basis are not eligible. Senior officers like Class-A officers of Central or State Government or equivalent are also not eligible. Beginning this year, female candidate can also officers of Central or State Government or eq2uivalent are also not eligible.
