Kalyan: Peeved with the negligence of KDMC administration, a citizen of Dombivli, Kalyan has sought police protection saying that his life is in danger due to potholes on roads. The letter written by Chiragh Harya to the police has become the talk of the town. Chiragh works in Mumbai stock exchange and his wife runs a beauty parlour. Their daughter is the student of class 3rd in New Cambridge School. Chiragh picks and drops his wife and daughter on motorcycle.
Keeping in view the two recent horrific deaths due to road accidents Chiragh has sought police protection.
It must be recalled that on June 2, an 8-year old boy died in the accident at Shivaji Chowk Kalyan due to the battered road. Later on July 7, a woman named Manisha fell from the bike and was crushed under the bus passing by.
