BJP leader Kishan Reddy to contest Lok Sabha seat

Hyderabad: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has fielded former Amberpet Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA), Mr. G. Kishan Reddy to contest Lok Sabha seat.

It may be mentioned that Mr. Reddy was an aspirant for Secunderabad Lok Sabha seat in 2014 but Mr. Bandaru Dattatreya got it allotted for himself. Mr. Dattatreya was relinquished from ministerial responsibilities in 2017. This time, BJP had made it clear that it will promote youngsters in politics.

In the list finalized yesterday for Telangana State, Mr. Kishan Reddy’s name was recommended for Secunderabad Parliamentary constituency.

It may be noted that Mr. Reddy lost MLA seat in the recently held TS Assembly polls.
