Telangana State BJP today observed “Anti Black Money Day”.
State party chief K Laxman said demonetization decision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi was welcomed by world leaders. But the Congress and Communist parties were trying to resort to mud-slinging game for political gain. “Demonetization was a most courageous decision taken by the Prime Minister to check black money”, he said and alleged that the Opposition parties were observing the Black Day which the people will not support.
Dubbing the Congress and Communist parties as “opportunistic”, BJP MLC N Ramchender Rao said the people will teach a fitting lesson to both the parties. Former Union minister Bandaru Dattatreya, party’s national general secretary Murlidhar Rao, MLA G Kishan Reddy and other leaders attended the function. (NSS)
