BJP trying to create communal divide in Telangana: TRS

TRS MP Balka Suman has accused BJP of creating a communal divide in Telangana State in the garb of “Vimochana Yatra”.

Speaking to media persons along with MLC Srinivas Reddy, the TRS MP said BJP has no political relevance in Telangana and it has been trying to make an identity by inciting communal feelings in the name of Hyderabad Liberation Day. He said neither BJP National President Amit Shah nor Prime Minister Narendra Modi was interested in Telangana BJP and they have been avoiding it. However, the local BJP leaders are organising various programmes to get some recognition.

Suman said that the BJP has no love for Telangana. He said if Telangana BJP was powerful, then it should convince the Centre to give Rs. 1 lakh crore special package to the State. He alleged that the BJP was playing cheap politics over Hyderabad Liberation Day. He said Telangana’s real Liberation Day falls on June 2 and BJP should invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi for its celebration. He said BJP should introspect before leveling allegations against Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao. He denied allegations that TRS was acting under the pressure of MIM.

Stating that the State Government would be issuing notification for appointment of teachers soon, he advised unemployed youth not to get misled by the propaganda of opposition parties. (INN)
