BJP won by chanting Aurangazeb & Pak: MIM chief

AIMIM Chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi has said the Assembly elections were indicating that the priority for Muslims was increasing in Gujarat State.

Reacting on the election results in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh today, Owaisi opined that both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi were the pieces of same cloth. He reminded that both Modi and Rahul went from one Mandir to another to reach voters. He said the Congress has got a chance to defeat BJP, but failed to do it. He said all political parties have to unite to defeat BJP at the Centre. “Akhilesh Yadav, Mamatha Benarjee, Asaduddin Owaisi will not defeat BJP individually. There is a need to unite against BJP to defeat BJP”, he said.

Reacting on continuous victories of BJP, Owaisi said the people had defeated former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi when they were in peak state. He explained that the people would play the role of Opposition and defeated the governments when Opposition parties have become weak. There was a need to rethink if BJP thinks that they worked wonderfully in Gujarat, he said. He made it clear that BJP will get votes in the name of Aurangazeb and Pakistan always. (NSS)
