Hyderabad: Body of 27-year-old, Vamsi Chander Reddy Mamidala from Warangal district of Telangana who was shot dead by an assailant in California on Saturday evening will be brought to Hyderabad on Friday. Police has identified the attacker and he was arrested.
State Minister for NRI affairs K T Rama Rao has directed the NRI Department to keep in touch with Indian consulate in California to expedite the process of shifting the body to Hyderabad.
It must be recalled that Vamsi Chander Reddy was found dead with bullet injuries near the garage of his apartment at Milpitas in California. He was staying in the US after completing his MS in Computer Sciences from a private university in Silicon Valley.
