Bulandshahr violence: 4 innocent Muslims likely to be acquitted soon

Bulandshahr: The 4 youth who were picked up by the police on December 5 in Bulandshahr violence case and were sent to jail on the charges of cow smuggling were all innocents. They had nothing to do with cow slaughter. This was revealed by the primary investigative report of SIT.

On the complaint of key accused Yogesh Raj, police had registered a case against 7 people including 2 minors. On December 5, questions were raised against the arrest of 4 people. Police were accused of sending innocents to jail in Siyana violence. SIT’s investigation has exposed police’s negligence. SIT investigative officer Raghuvender Mishra confirmed this. He said the report declaring the 4 people innocent will be sent to the court.

Siyana police had arrested Sajid Ali, S/O Mohammed Sabir Ali, Shareefuddin, S/O Qamaruddin, Banne Khan, S/O Nanhe Khan, and Asif S/O Yameen on December 5, and sent them to Aurangabad jail.
